◆ What is aromatherapy? (什么是芳香疗法?)
Aromatherapy is a treatment that stabilizes
the body and clears the mind by smelling or absorbing it into the skin using
extracts (aroma oil) from the flowers, stems, and leaves of various plants.
1. Massage
: body & mind relaxation (
Before use, add 2 drops of essential oil in
a base oil like jojoba, carrier. Then blend it.
2. Bath
: skin care & restoration of mind and body (
Drop 3~4 drops of essential oil to carrier
oil, fragrance-free shampoo, milk fat, etc., and dilute it. Then add it to the
bath water. However, do not use essential oils directly in bath water.
3. Scent
: deodorization, air cleaning & circulation (气味：除臭、空气净化和循环)
Drop 1~2 drops of essential oil directly
onto fabric such as pillows, cushions, rugs or fragrance products such as
diffusers and candles. However, there may be fiber contamination when using the
undiluted oil.
4. Steam
: skin care (蒸汽：皮肤护理)
Put 1~2 drops of essential oil in hot, keep
a certain distance, and apply steam for 5 to 7 minutes with your eyes closed.
5. Inhale
: mind and body relaxation & skin care (吸气：身心放松和皮肤护理)
Put 1~2 drops of essential oil in hot water
and inhale the fragrance through your nose for about 1minute.
※ Attention
It is recommended to mix with base oil because if essential
aroma oil is applied directly to the body, side effects may occur due to strong
irritation.
It is important to choose an aroma oil that suits your
condition.
